Encounter Board
Charlotte, President of the Encounter Board. She taught both elementary school and at William Penn University. She currently teaches Bible Studies and preaches at a retirement home. She and her husband, Lloyd, live on a farm near LeGrand, Iowa.

Charlene Martin
Charlene Martin is Fund-raiser for the board. She recently retired and lives in rural Iowa. Being a Master Gardener gives her the opportunity to share produce with people in the surrounding communities. Charlene loves meeting new people and sharing God's love, compassion and Word with others each day.
Sharon Hoover
Sharon Hoover is Board Treasurer. She is a retired teacher who lives in Altoona, Iowa. She enjoys being available to help family and friends whenever needed.

Alan Mullikin
Alan Mullikin is Board Secretary. He is honored to have served as pastor of LeGrand Friends Church in LeGrand, IA for 20 years. He was born in southeast Iowa. He met his wife, Sheryl, at Barclay College in Haviland, KS. They have been married almost 40 years and have 4 children, 3 in-laws and 8 grand-children.
Wayne Smith
Wayne Smith is Vice-President. He is a retired architect. He enjoys teaching adult Bible classes and helps with ELL classes. His hobby is rehabilitating an 1882 house.
Paula Rush
Paula Rush is our newest board member. Paula has a servant's heart. She steps up to serve wherever she is needed from hospitality, to visitation, to painting or hosting events.
